I agree with Gina! I buy 3, not only are they not suitable, but they are damaged. So I return them, only to be supplied with more damaged goods. I've spent a lot of money with Briscoes over the years, recently I'm finding products sub standard, especially online shopping. ..is this due to poor quality control? I'm taking my business elsewhere.

a little disappointing cos I thought I could use for coffee/sugar/milo ABSOLUTELY not suitable, unfortunately next two days everything was block hard. No way is this air tight or anything else for that matter. maybe for solids only ie nails/pens etc briscoes shld have stated this, certainly not conventional for foods.
