Good quality. The only con for me is that the rack is not attached tightly to the hook, you can turn it up to 90 degrees. Probably for someone it is a pro.

Excellent hangers, I use them to store all my winter scarves. The only drawback is the actual hanger isn't a swivel and only faces one way.

These stylish hangers are great. They are so versatile. I use them for scarves; kitchen aids (plastic splice/spoons/ladle/spatula etc...); keys/airated bags for onions/garlic...Especially good if you have limited storage or multiples of items (scarves). And, they are cheap.
